Earlier in January, I shared some exciting news about various enhancements and changes that clients of Leading Edge would be experiencing this year as we continue to expand our infrastructure, capabilities and service offerings. Some of these changes have now been implemented, including LEWA Planning’s monthly subscription service for Financial Planning Engagements (FPE), a new option that meets ongoing planning needs of some clients.
During the next several months, and in coordination with our Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. support structure, additional investment management options and platform service offerings will be introduced for LEWA investment offerings and advisory services.
As our offerings, clients and assets under advisory continues to expand, so does the need for continued white-glove service and client support. It is with that need in mind that LEWA introduces our newest team member, Angelic Carroll, who joined our group last month as an in-house administrative assistant. Angelic has almost twenty years of client service in various industries. Most recently, she worked over two years for a national brokerage firm as their Client Service Specialist. Her positive client feedback and high client survey results won her the national client service award in August 2020. Angelic assists with the Leading Edge experience not only by directly helping clients, but also through the various administrative tasks behind the scenes.
Angelic is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, earning a B.A. in Political Economy. A Navy- Florida native, she placed roots in Maryland twenty-five years ago. Angelic, her husband Mark and two children, Brent and Evelyn live in Annapolis.
